The Witcher Series – Coming to Netflix
Last Updated on Friday, 11 May 2018 05:40 Written by DarkKnightH20 Saturday, 12 May 2018 07:00
The Witcher, written by Andrzej Sapkowksi, is coming to Netflix. While many have not read the books (or listened to the fantastic audio tapes), you have likely at least heard of the video game franchise. The Witcher 3 in particular has a very large following. Wanting to continue that success and compete with other premium shows, such as Game of Thrones, Netflix has pushed towards development of this series.
There’s no set date of release just yet, but we do know that the writers are attempting to not stray too far from the lore, much to the delight of those faithful to the books and games. You can expect the usual suspects to be in it, such as Geralt of Rivia, Yarpen Zigrin, and many more. Hopefully this ends up better than Netflix’s live action Death Note movie.

Tesla released a fun two-minute video detailing its various ongoing efforts. With this video, lots of hints and easter eggs were dropped. Let’s go through them now.
What’s under the covers?! Model Y or a Model S refresh?
Tesla has hinted that they have been working on the Model Y. That being said, Elon said that they are in the early design stages and have not spent a “significant amount of money” on it yet. This could lead some to believe that this is a Model S refresh. The Model S has been largely unchanged since it debuted in 2012, aside from the removal of the front fascia and some interior tweaks. It is certainly overdue and competition in this segment is starting to heat up.
