It is no secret that Nvidia’s Fermi was a disappointment. It gave good performance, yes. However the temperatures and energy consumption levels that it operates at were some of the highest ever seen in video cards ever. Nvidia’s leading competitor, AMD decides to make fun of Nvidia’s Fermi in a video.

As you may know, Fermi was a little bit of a disappointment to many of us. One of the biggest issues with Fermi is that their product runs at 90C, that is at near-boiling temperatures! Thankfully EVGA has already created a solution for the temperature in their newly released product, the EVGA FTW Hydro Copper Edition. The EVGA Hydro Copper Edition promises to bring temperatures down for the GTX 480 and GTX 470 to 50C and 32C respectively. You can purchase the GeForce GTX 480 Hydro Copper FTW for $649.99 and the GeForce GTX 470 Hydro Copper FTW for $499.99.
