- Blackberry PlayBook will be $200 on Black Friday
The latest tablet to join the ranks of the defeated devices lying in the wake of the iPad has finally had its price cut dramatically. Selling only 200,000 units, the BlackBerry PlayBook has fallen well short of expectations, forcing the company to cut its losses and give consumers a deep discount in an effort to […]
- Microsoft’s next generation Surface goes up for pre-order
Back in January, Microsoft used CES 2011 to unveil the next generation Surface interactive display. This time they’ve collaborated with Samsung, with the official name for the new device being the Samsung SUR40 for Microsoft Surface. I’d prefer Surface 2. The first generation Surface had bags of potential, but was so bulky it could only […]

Elder Scrolls V Skyrim Mod Enhanced Night Sky
Last Updated on Thursday, 17 November 2011 11:31 Written by Naota Thursday, 17 November 2011 11:31
Elder Scrolls Skyrim is the first Elder Scrolls game I have ever played. It is also the only game that graphically impresses me and disappoints me on a frequent basis. Thankfully the Elder Scrolls Series has a heavy and talented fanbase that creates mods for the game. Even though the game has only been out for a week, plenty of mods are already released! Which ones do I care about? The graphic ones (until something really cool comes out that I didn’t realize I needed.)
Behold the Elder Scrolls V Skyrim Enhanced Night Sky Mod by CptJokerSkyrim. This mod replaces the current night sky images (which were already impressive), with some even more impressive, real-life images taken by Wei-Hao Wang, a photographer. You can download the Elder Scrolls V Skyrim Enhanced Night Sky Mod here.

Get your racing USB car wheels out…Because there is a NEED FOR SPEED! NFSTR is the latest Electronic Arts / EA game release for this long-standing series. Kudos to them for another good game! Play it on the PC, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 (PS3), Nintendo Wii, or Nintendo 3DS.
You may need some Need for Speed The Run Game Fixes. There are a whole variety of possible problems that can stem up in whichever version you play. If you install it from Origin (as it is not available for Steam at the moment), then there are even Origin related errors you could encounter. Such bugs, glitches, or just general errors that you may experience or encounter are…
Need for Speed: The Run Crashes
NFS TR Keymapping Fails
Need for Speed The Run Lags
Origin Stuck at “Ready to Install” for NFSTR
Need for Speed The Run Freezing
USB Game Controllers / Steering Wheel Not Being Detected
This game is best played with a game controller or steering wheel rather than a keyboard and mouse. It may be a good idea to invest in such if you plan on playing this game, its predecessors, or similar games even.

- Rooters beware – Nook Tablet may have a signed bootloader
In our side-by-side comparisons with the Kindle Fire, one of the few areas where the Nook Tablet was the better choice was in its potential as a hacked tablet. Its extra storage, additional RAM, and SD card slot made it appear to be the more appealing purchase for those wanting to root and flash ROMs. […]
- Backify’s 512GB cloud service disappears, takes all user data with it
Back in October, a new service appeared that seemed a little too good to be true. It was called Backify and offered a Dropbox-like cloud storage solution for just $5 per month. The killer feature was the fact you got 512GB of storage, which is way more than the popular alternatives such as Dropbox and […]

Game Fixes Assassin’s Creed Revelations (ACR) – Froze, Crash, Lag, No Sound
Last Updated on Wednesday, 16 November 2011 06:05 Written by DarkKnightH20 Wednesday, 16 November 2011 03:54
Do you like to assassinate people? Great! Because Assassin’s Creed: Revelations is now out! Get your ACR on by purchasing the game (not through Steam yet though — that release date was pushed back and delayed). Still, it is available on PC, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3 (PS3) consoles. It is not available for Mac / Macintosh OS X currently, just Windows XP / Windows Vista / Windows 7. The Mac release is usually months after the Windows one.
This game is addicting. The graphics are great, the sound good, and the gameplay fun. But what if it doesn’t play correctly? Follow our Assassin’s Creed Revelations Game Fixes guide then.
It will help with…
Xbox 360 Game Controller Not Working
Assassin’s Creed Revelations Freezes
Game Fails to Launch
Assassin’s Creed Revelations Lag
No Audio / Sound / Music
ACR Crashes
Now go! Go and fix your game so that you can assassinate your victims or friends on multiplayer!
