GeekMontage April Fools 2010
As part of our new initiative to rebrand ourselves, we have began changing the website. As of the first of April, websites within the GeekMontage network will now be refocusing its operations and will be writing articles/posts that are more favorable to female geeks. We realize that most of you readers are male, but please bare with us and embrace the new culture of GM. I hope you all enjoy our fresh new background. And remember… pink is the new blue!

Naota’s Internet speeding up foreal this time!

Okay I don’t usually do this but apparently the company that owns my apartment complex is firing the existing ISP (Internet provider) and is getting a new one. What does this mean for Naota? Well it means faster, unthrottled internet…(hopefully only time will tell.) Anyways, this means I will be able to update more and include more videos since Youtube will finally be able to play without me having to wait several minutes for it to load. RIP old internet provider, I hated you!

Hello everyone. We have begun optimizing Geek Montage in an attempt to make it as fast as possible for all of our viewers. For example, the banners at the top of the page have now been significantly compressed and many of the sidebar widgets are now being cached. We hope to perform improvements and tweaks such as this throughout the lifespan of Geek Montage to ensure that all you visitors get the best GM experience possible!

As you can see we have added several new updates to the site in the past 24 hours. These updates should increase the ease of navigating our site.
Additionally we have made it easy to rate our articles now, by adding a Digg option, as well as more rating options to each article. So please, if you like something Digg it… especially if I wrote it~! =)
