ATI has teamed up with Samsung to create (and support) a 6 monitor display called the SyncMaster MD230. Each of these monitors supports HD with a max resolution of 1920×1080. The price on this sucker? $3,099! Jeese…That brings me to this next bit of info: there is also a 3 monitor display version that is priced at $1,899 (to which I still say “jeese”). Anyone wanna get me the 3 panel version? 😉

lol, those 6 monitors does the same job as a big plasma TV…
I hear ya. The black lines where the monitors join makes a hideous screen.
now if it were lets say, 6 50″ plasma tv’s ghetto-rigged into a setup like the one above, I could deal with those black lines..
yet if I mean to go that far, I’d actually invest in a HD projector instead.
Ah..the possibilities
Apparently you can remove the black lines on a lot of monitors, but it is just dangerous to do.
