Just wanted to give you all an update on the Sony VGN-SR590 review since many of you are asking. I will be working on it within the next three days. It will be up by 11/26/3009. I am very happy with this laptop, and I think you all will like it too.

Glad to hear you like it. Some of the reviews on the Sony site were downright negative.
There are a lot of mixed reviews. It IS important to note the time that some of the reviews on their site were written. Sony seems to not clear their reviews out, even after refreshing the model so you get reviews on really old laptops under the SR590. I would recommend a service plan just to be on the safe side, but that is just me. I am sure you will like this laptop.
