After reporting of a possible rumor in regarding LittleBigPlanet 2, it has been reported that LittleBigPlanet 2 will be revealed in the next issue of GameInformer.

A teaser of the game was posted for the June cover story, revealing the much speculated title. Media Molecule, the company behind the hit title, is creating new tools for the game that will enable players to create racing games, puzzle games, a “Space Invaders clones,” role-playing games and even real-time strategy games. The magazine also states that one of the developers has even created a “Command & Conquer” clone.

LittleBigPlanet 2 will possibly let players create and edit short films, record sound effects and allow you to make custom cut scenes with your Sackboy.

The game will introduce the Sackbot, a fully customizable and programmable enemy unit. With new “direct control seat” options that let players define control schemes, creating customized controls for enemies, vehicles and even Sackboy himself.

With these new features, LittleBigPlanet 2 is looking to raise the bar again.
