Pretty lazy. If you want to do it right, then dub the German. If not, don’t bother.
That video was made by someone else. People use the same video and then redo the subs each time. Dubbing it is a terrible idea — it would sound like crap and the mouth movements would not sync at all. It’s much better to keep the original voice acting and to just change the subs.
